Meridian Port Services Ltd (MPS) was incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ghana in December 2002. MPS is a joint venture between Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority and Meridian Port Holdings Limited, which is, in turn, a joint venture with Africa Global Logistics (AGL) and APM Terminals.
MPS through its shareholders attach immense importance to environment and social sustainability. We are focused on the continuous improvement of our environmental performance through the adaptation of sustainable goals and environmentally friendly actions.
