On 4th November 2022, 8 staff members in MPS Terminal 3 were honored for their high performance levels within the 3rd quarter of the year. The Chief Operations Officer, Mr. Curtiss Dakpogan and Operations Manager, Mr. Emmanuel Ohene Addo both encouraged the awarded staff to continue to be examples worth emulating to uplift the company.

VICTOR FIADOR-BEST STS OPERATOR
Victor Fiador is a consistent performer. He won the second quarter award for same category. He has been very dedicated and hardworking throughout the years. Victor is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure his peers and himself achieve or exceed the operational set targets. He is mostly with the Vessel planners and Yard Dispatchers to strategize to ensure the team excel with little challenges. Victor is well known as SP, congratulations you deserve the award.

ERIC KWESI PERBI-BEST RTG OPERATOR
Eric Perby is an industrious individual who is committed to his duty. He has exhibited a great knowledge and operational control on the RTG . His consistency in the delivery of his duty cannot be overemphasized. He was one of the early trainees who improved in quality and speed of work with an optimum regard to safety. He constantly pushes himself to the limit for a constant improvement. It is not surprising that he has earned this recognition for the third quarter of the year 2022. We however encourage him to keep it up to be a symbol of emulation among his colleagues. Well done, Eric.

EMMANUEL MENSAH- BEST REACH STACKER/EMPTY HANDLER OPERATOR
Emmanuel Mensah is hardworking. This is his third quarterly award received. He usually calls to ask of possible loading locations for quick and fast loading. He is known especially for his fastness and no delays in loading. His safety record is also perfect. He responds to dispatcher calls and is very reliable. He knows how to manage the empty yard when there is congestion and keeps his updates very accurate and timely. Congratulations Emmanuel.

JOSEPH ARTHUR- BEST TERMINAL TRUCK DRIVER
Joseph Arthur is respectful, focused and hard working. His dedication and devotion to his work is very high. This is his second quarterly award. He is quite and humble and goes about his duties diligently. He understands his work and is driven to do his best to achieve his set target. He is very motivated and reliable when given specific assignments. He deserves this award and is a role model to his colleagues. Congratulations Joseph.

EVELYN OSEIAMA BOTCHWAY- BEST IT/TOS STAFF
As an Application Specialist with the TOS Team, Evelyn has the responsibility of Application administration, supporting the Internal and External users of N4 and Billing, System Configuration, trouble shooting, report development, analyzing the new requirements and providing solution. As an EDI Expert, Evelyn has been the first point of contact for all the shipping lines for any EDI related matters. With her commitment towards the responsibilities, she is always available for the support during and after office hours and on weekends/holidays. In recognition of her contribution and dedication Evelyn has been nominated for the Quarterly Award for the 3rd Quarter of 2022 from the IT Department.

SAMUEL AGBANYO- BEST SAFETY WALK CHAMPION
Samuel Agbanyo is a Yard Equipment supervisor who pays keen attention to the safe operation of especially the yard equipment and the safety of the terminal at large. He has been an ardent facilitator of the safety hour for RTG/ RS & EH operators since its inception. His indefatigable appearance on the safety walk has over the period help to avert circumstances and situations which thereby could have had a negative implication on the safety of the terminal. His style of paying attention to not only the big matters of safety concern but also to the little details which somehow may be overlooked must be commended. Today we award him for his exceptional contribution to the health and safety of the terminal for the third quarter.

SAMUEL RIBEIRO-BEST ASSET MAINTENANCE STAFF
Samuel is recognized for his amazing accomplishment of the following task:
1. He showed exceptional work replacing the trolley wheel of RTG 12 even though it was his first time to do the job.
2. On RTG 5 hoist coupling fault, he showed great responsibility and worked for more than 9 hours to get the crane ready for operations .
3. He showed great supervisory skills creating and updating the greasing plan during preventive maintenance.
He has also showed great expertise, exceptional work ethic, and commitment to the success of the company. Congratulations Samuel

DANIEL GYEBI-BEST GATE STAFF
Daniel Gyebi is a Gate Exception Handling Clerk from the Blue falcon shift. Daniel has done the most transactions within the 3rd quarter. For his shift, he gives a leading support to his team. He shows understanding and commitment to any task assigned him consistently.
